Under the National Campaign for the Eradication of Poverty, a training program to sensitize community representatives of the Community Development Council to empower community development councils was held on 04.08.2026 at the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat Auditorium under the guidance of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretary, Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, under the patronage of the Assistant Divisional Secretary, with the financial support of the Assistant Director of Small Enterprises and the Community Empowerment Officer of the Kolonnawa Divisional Secretariat.
